CROCKPOT PORK LOIN ROAST
Mix soups and 1 can of water together, pour over meat.
Pork loin roast either whole or cubed in chunks.
1 can French onion soup
2 can cream of mushroom soup
4 – 6 ozs. Fresh sliced mushrooms or
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 ¼ cup water
Place pork in bottom of crock pot and add mushrooms.
Cover meat with soup and water . Cook 4 - 5 hours on high or low all day.
Meat and gravy to serve over potatoes, rice or noodles.
Pork Loin Roast, simply baked
1 TBS. Soy sause
1 TBS Worcestershire sause
Rub trimmed roast with soy/Worcestershire mixture
Sprinkle a dash of dry sage, salt and fresh ground pepper over roast.
Place meat in bottom of crockpot, cook on slow for 8 to 10 hours.
This simple baking method will provide some wonderful juices to make a thickened gravy or just spoon over rice or potatoes wedges.
Pork and Garden Vegetables
1 small pork loin roast
2 to 3 small red potatoes 2 to 3 perperson. Do not peal
3 fresh carrots cut in 2 inch pieces
4 - 6 ozs. fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/2 tsp. parsley
pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken stock (may substitute water)
Place pork in bottom of crock pot add soup and broth.
Meat should be just covered with liquid, use extra water if needed.
Over lop of roast layer carrots, potatoes and sliced mushrooms.
Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low heat.
Serve with fresh fruit and a salad ......
BBQ PORK
Do you love those great BBQ pork sandwiches? You can Make the same tasty treat in your crockpot.
Cut one pork loin roast into approximately 1 inch slices and place it in the pot.
BBQ Sauce, your choice of brand and type.
One-cup sauce and 1 cup water.
Pour Sauce mixture over the meat. Cover and set on low.
Shred meat after 8-9 hours of cooking, Any excess can be frozen for a later meal.
CROCKPOT PORK CHOPS
8 pork chops (1/2" thick)
Salt & pepper
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Good for a busy day.
CROCKPOT BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS
6 pork chops Barbeque sauce Trim fat from pork chops. Brown on both sides in skillet. Put 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce in bottom of crockpot. Place one chop on the barbeque sauce and spread another 1-2 tablespoons sauce on top. Repeat with all chops. Spread a little extra on last chop. Cook on high for one hour; then on low for 3 more hours OR cook on high for 2 hours. Serve with baked potatoes.
CROCKPOT BARBEQUE PORK ROAST SANDWICHES
1 sm. pork roast (boneless or bone in)
Lemon pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt
1 onion, chopped
1 jar barbeque sauce
Cover roast with water and cook on overnight on low heat. In the morning remove meat from pot and shred. Return shredded pork to crockpot add other ingredients and cook until thick. Serve on buns.
PORK CHOPS - CROCKPOT
4 to 6 lean 1 inch thick pork chops
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. oil
1 (10 oz.) chicken broth
Mix flour, salt, garlic powder and dry mustard. Coat pork chops and brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned pork chops into crockpot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. (High 3 1/2
hours).
